FAQs

Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: YES! We at OMD Pet Grooming groom by appointment only. This helps ensure your pet is groomed straight through.

Q: Do you groom cats?
A: No we do not. We are more than happy to give you a referral to someone in your area!

Q: How long do I leave my pet?
A: Depends on the size of your pet, but usually around an hour and a half to two hours.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: See our Policy page

Q: Can I stay during the grooming process?
A: We have a waiting area that you are more than welcome to sit in. We are more than happy to have you stay, that being said, if your pet is anxious or can't settle down until you have left, it puts them in higher danger. We never want to harm your pet with our equipment.

Q: Do you offer any add-ons?
A: We believe that every dog should get everything they need. That is why our prices are set higher than our competitors. So we don't have to skimp on product!

Q: Do you offer boarding or daycare?
A: We are not a daycare or boarding facility. Where we are cage free we cannot allow pets to be left for longer than their appointment time. If pets are unable to be picked up in a timely manner, we will charge a late pick up fee. ($60 per hour)

Q: I have multiple dogs, can I bring them in at the same time?
A: YES! We prefer your to bring all your dogs in at the same time, unless told to do otherwise.
